If you would like a healthy, streamlined and strong body then Pilates is the exercise method for you. Through precise and focused movements the muscles are brought into alignment allowing them to work more effectively and minimising wear and tear , often improving existing conditions such as back pain, and encouraging a feeling of well being.
My primary aim is to provide a friendly and professional atmosphere so that all my clients can achieve their full potential. The classes include a wide variety of people with ages ranging from 20’s to 70’s, men and women, those looking for relaxation and those wanting to target specific health issues. The combination of challenging exercises with the focus and concentration needed to perform them promotes a healthier body, better able to deal with the pressures of everyday life.
