I am a massage therapist and also practise colour therapy.

I specialise in Holistic Medical Massage, using different techniques to ease chronic and acute soft-tissue conditions, and help you get out of pain. I have done advanced massage and bodywork training with Jing Advanced Massage, based in Brighton, using their experience of US and Eastern techniques to alleviate and soothe chronic ailments, such as back, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis and rheumatism, RSI, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.

Colour therapy is a safe and gentle complementary therapy using coloured silks and lights, to give relaxation and freedom from stress. It can be used for many emotional and physical conditions. Colour massage is a combination of the two therapies for the ultimate in relaxation!

I have a comfortable treatment room in Kendal. I also do home visits, and can treat wheelchair users. I teach pre-exam relaxation techniques in school, and can also do on-site massage at a work-place. Gift vouchers are available for my treatments.
