Run by Elaine Saxton and Sue Bloy, Lakes Project Management Ltd is providing management services to SMEs in two different ways:
Project Management – the one-off project
Need to undertake a project in order for your business to grow but can’t find the time? For example: doing a quality system such as ISO9001; moving to new premises; getting that new website developed. We can provide a Project Manager to ensure your project gets underway and is completed when you need it to be. The service includes project definition, planning, management and reporting as required.
Outsourced Management – the ongoing support
Getting too busy to manage the work you have? This service provides additional management support where you need it most and can include: setting up new systems, client management on your behalf, tender writing guidance/support, operations management or anything else you specifically need.
Elaine Saxton is a Chartered Engineer, Project planner and ex-small business adviser with experience of a wide variety of projects and clients.
Sue Bloy, who also runs Lakes Accountancy, is a Chartered Accountant and business adviser.
