Miss Sarah M Scarr

I make, bake and create celebration cakes for all occasions. Each one tailored to the customers' interests or desires. My cakes are made to tried and well tested recipes that has people coming back for more whether it be a rich fruitcake or sponge cake.

My creations range from a grand piano to a 3D penny farthing wedding cake, racing car to a giant orange created specially for the first ever Marmalade Festival at Dalemain House. I make all the decorations from sugar, turning them into beautiful arrangements or sprays to adorn the cakes.

I also make a range of quality preserves in stylish octagonal jars with my own SarahM labels. I grow as much of the vegetables and fruit for the chutneys and jams as I possible can, then I source locally for the others. These I sell to retailers or direct to the public ate the local farmers market and sales.
