Using evidence based tools and strategies, Beth empowers and educates women who feel stuck, lost or confused with their wellbeing.
She uses realistic, sensible and sustainable techniques to offer lifestyle change support and accountability to help you feel calmer, happier, more confident and in control through her compassionate Coaching.
This session will be a short introduction to some of the ways you can improve how you feel and take control of your wellbeing.
