I set up Box Box Solutions in 2022 because I wanted to help business owners overcome growth problems with as little pain, and as much ease as is possible. I wanted to share my experience and help them avoid the lengthy and lonely trial and error process that I had been through myself.
I am now on a mission to help business owners, and their people, create clear and highly implementable business plans, that they feel confident in delivering, and that gets them significant growth in their revenue.
My vision is for there to be no more business plans and strategy documents sat on desks under piles of paper, in draws or in the car boot! Plans should be created by EVERYONE, they should be visible, and they should be easy to execute!!
