‘How to rebalance your diet with the power of your mind and the moon’
With Alison Marsden from Integrating Health

Location: Castle Street Community Centre, Kendal

Do you find it difficult to change your habits round food?
Are you lost in the maze of what to eat to maintain your health?
There are ways to make this easier by harmonising your body’s natural rhythms and harnessing the power of your mind.
Alison has been helping people rebalance their diet for over 15 years and has hundreds of success stories. Alison herself had years of digestion problems as a child and into adulthood. Through her own research and love of cooking she developed routines and recipes to help her recover and get her life back again. Through her teaching she discovered many other people suffered too. She now has developed a passion to help other people discover energy and vitality through rebalancing their diet. She has written a book on Relief from Pain Through Rebalancing Your Diet and here is one success story:
Lesley, who had a series of Alexander Technique lessons and completed the Rebalance Your Diet Programme:

I live and work in Cumbria and prior to being introduced to Alison I suffered periodically with stomach cramps which on occasion were quite debilitating. Whilst they were present they stopped me from carrying out day to day duties not only were they obviously painful but I became very stressed and anxious because of worrying about how I would manage to work and take care of my family. I also had extensive hip and, at times, lower back pain which was all becoming difficult to manage, it was an added extra, I didn’t know  at the time I was fighting two things and found it all too much to cope with until I met Alison. Alison guided me through the programme of which the Alexander Technique was introduced and with her advice and knowledge I now feel that I have come through those issues and am once again on the other side of it all and feeling well and positive.
