I work with my clients to give them the protected confidential space they need to work through their challenges and gain some clarity on their situation. With a gentle, facilitative and supportive style I will help you whether you need help with your business, your health or some other area of concern. I coach individuals or small groups, either face to face or online.
Rebecca is a fully qualified and insured life, business and health and wellbeing coach who holds the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and is also qualified and accredited to work as a health and wellbeing coach within the NHS.
